Today went for this training called Living & Leaving A Legacy ... In this training , we learnt the general defination for Leadership ... Leadership = INFLUENCE But actually , for a leader to be successful , you must be able to pass down the baton to your junior when you leave the CCA or even the school. After this course i believed that i am one of the leader that only learnt myself and lead myself well . I just to observe around and make sure the same mistake will not happened again lah ... I assume that people will all do this also ... But unfortunately , my junior dont ... That why Student Council and Choir was in a messy now ... But Council was getting back to track soon ... So still ok ... Worried about the Choir more .... So i hope that the new choir commitee will be working even harder and keep choi going ... I also hope that the choir committee can come out before we stand down ... At least assure that hey are working well ... Choir is moving on smoothly and well ... So at least i stand down can feel more satisfaction and at least leave with A good Legacy lah ... I wont be the badge that caused the council and choir to die ... But i sure that the council still functioning well when we stand down ... So no problem ... Only Choir .... So choir must work extra hard .... Choir Fighting ....
