Today get back English paper ... I done it badly. Marker was Ms Chin. She seems to comment only on my paper. She say i careless in the way that i always cut away the answer that i need to write on the paper. And this caused me to lose lots of marks. Cos i dont used to copy to much from the passage as i afraid i will overcopy. Then seldom copy so much lol ... I learnt my mistake ... I hope i can do well for "N" level .

Now, i think they wont bully you liao .. But i very 羡慕 you lol . Get so high marks then i fail so badly. I want to 撞墙 liao. I so sad ....

Hey Jia En i noe you are very angry & frustrated with Mr.Anwar ... I think because he also gannna scolding from Mr.Ng. That why he keep complain and scold you today lah . Dont hate him ok .... It his duty to make sure the councillors set good example for the school body right. So, just take it as it part of his job yah... But i agree that he scold you too much le lah ... 1day recieved 3 scolding from him where ever you saw him ... Ok ... I feel very sad ... didnt do well for English Paper ...

Today went to Wild Wild Wet... FREE!!!! Dunno where my cousin able to get this ticket. I went her 3 friends who we noe since i was primary sch and my lovely sister... Everything is very fun there but some of the station is scary to a certain extent. Such as Slide Up and Sky Rider. We played the Slide up 2 times but the second time my sis play, she almost fly out as she partner with my cousin and she lighter but she seat on the wrong position. Therefore , when they were pushed down , the weight was pushed down. So my sis almost fly out . OMG ... That was very scary .... If she fly out, i cant imaging was going to happen lol ... Anyway, She was lucky that she able to hold the handle tided enought lol .... But love to play the ULAR-LAH... very fun. We played 3 rounds. THe most tiring was the Tsunami ... Cos we want to stay in a group therefore we made a circle. It already very challenging to make a circle when the wave is here ??? And there one Ang Moh ... when we playing in the he pushed us away just want to have a better way to move out of the Tsunami. Stupid idiot ang moh .. I am the one that have the citizenship of Singapore ok ... not you ... MIGHT just only a foreign talent .. Last but not least, we play in the Shiok River , go about 4-5 rounds. We first sit on the Float then start to swim for the last few rounds ... Overall , really love playing there . And lastly, we had our dinner at KFC ... Regret!!! Lots of Trans Fats ... THen we make our way home from there ... :)

东方神起控诉公司 独断专行

韩国人气男子团体东方神起三名成员Xiah、Hero及Micky，在7月31日对所属公司SM Entertainment事务所提出诉讼，他们今天上午通过法律代言人发表正式声明，公开诉讼原因，表示公司在这5年里独断专行，让他们身心疲惫，也觉得再呆在公司里，只会成为公司赚钱的道具。虽然另外两名成员没有参与诉讼，但朴有天表示这并不代表团体不合，他们也会尽量不解散。

三人对于公司的控诉，主要有三方面：工作量、签约期限、收入分配的问题。

工作量不合理 严重影响健康
三人在声明中表示，自从东方神起在2004年出道以来，他们一直依照公司的安排，在韩国、日本、中国等地区进行活动。一年中，除了一个星期的休假，在其他的时间，他们每天仅睡3至4个小时，严重影响身心健康。公司非但不理会，还继续加重东方神起的工作量。三人认为，如果继续在公司呆下去，只会成为公司赚钱的道具，而无法实现他们的梦想。

签署协议不合理 需工作15年
三人也对所签署的协议提出抗诉。依据协议规定，东方神起要为公司工作13年，再加上2年服兵役，他们必须在公司呆将近15年。偶像团体的寿命有限，这就如同是终身协议。而且，如果东方神起提前终止协议，就要赔偿公司对东方神起总投资的三倍金额，以及东方神起所有收入的两倍金额，赔偿金总数高达数千亿韩元。

收入分配不合理 卖不到50万张 拿不到一份钱
SM公司对于东方神起的收入安排更是严苛。据声明，只有在上一张专辑卖出50万张以上时，团体才能在推出下一张专辑时，每人得到1000万韩元。若卖不到50万张，成员们就一分钱也拿不到。这个协议一直到2009年2月6日才被修改。在此之前，东方神起成员通过专辑所得到的收入，只有专辑总收入的 0.4%-1%。

三人表示，他们曾多次尝试与公司协商，但公司却一直不肯合作，反而以不相关的事情来推托，因此他们只好选择请法院来裁决。

由于团体另两位团员U-Know与Max并没有参与这次的诉讼，不免令人担心东方神起是否会解散。Xiah、Hero及Micky表示，他们当然不希望落到解散的下场。他们澄清，U-Know与Max不参与诉讼，并不意味着团体内部不和，只是成员解决问题的方式不一样而已。

三人强调，他们会尽最大努力遵守与歌迷的约定，如果事件顺利解决，东方神起今后还是会站在同一个舞台上。

DBSK !!! My favorite band !!!

Xiah, Hero & Micky went to sue their company as they think that they we being discriminated by their company. And the company think that DBSK focused too much in Japan this few months therefore , they were somehow unhappy about it. And DBSK also have another company noe as Avex in Japan.

I think that the company is too overboard as DBSK help them to earn so much money but all they only paid DBSK 1:9 of the money they earn. As DBSK thought that their company will slowly increased their pay year by year. But who noe ? DBSK even contract to 13years as they believed in SM entertainment. What a dissapointment . Can you just imaging,10 to 20 max percent divided into 5 person ? Yes the company did help increased their pay but only 0.5 percent only.

Therefore, Xiah, Hero & Micky wanted to sue their company for being so unfair. As Junsu also have his father supports to do this action.While U-know & Changmin was not involved as they think that if they continued to stay in the SM entertainment, DBSK still have hope to remain as one and do not need to pay such a huge sum of compensate for the terminating of contract .

But, i will say that it would be better if they leave together and go to better entertainment which will appreciated them . ( they are so talented)Such as JYP entertainment , Rain's entertainment. Their pay is much more reasonable ! 5:5, equal. No matter you a new singer or experienced.

But again , i just think that DBSK wont be in a disadvantage as they were talented and can join others entertainment. And they also have Avex in japan anyway. So dont need to worry as long as you guys are in one. The most disadvantaged was the SM entertainment.Lost such a great band & income ...

DBSK! DONT DISBAND YAH .. The Cassiopeia s' and I WILL GIVE YOU OUR SUPPORT !!!
