9th&10th Working @ Hotel-Banquet

On the 9th day :
Today worked @ Millenia One ...
Event knowed as the Indian High Commision ...
It a buffet again ...
Nothing much need to do ...
Under Max yesterday ...
Thing to do :
1. Usher the Ppl to the venue
2. Slack around
3. Offer drink s when they were out from the talk
4. Do clearing for both Food & Drink
5. Help out in the Take away (upon request)
After this we have to clearing and turn over for tmr event .
Soon, we complete the turn over ... then i was transfer to help out @ the Chihuly
After that went to help out @ the Ballroom for tmr event cos i having OT till 4am.
After all the set u in ballroom ... when to bathe ...
Then went to in security for the in house process.
Go into sleep abt 5am ... wake up @ 9.45am to prepare for work @ 11am
On the 10th day :

Menu - Chinese Dinner
1. Deluxe Cold Dish Combination - Prawn Salad with Fresh Fruits , Deep Fried Crab Claw with Prawn Paste , Sliced Barbecued Suckling Pig
2. Sauteed Flower Squid with Assorted Peppers , Pine Mushroom and Garden Greens
3. Double Boiled Fish Maw With Chinese Cabbage , Wolfberries , Conpoy in Chicken Stock
4. Steamed Sea Bass with Garlic and Light Soya Sauce
5. Braised Chinese Mushroom with Bean Curd Sheet , Garden Green and Crab Meat Sauce
6. Baked Farm Chicken With Ginger and Onion in Soya Sauce
7. Braised E-Fu Noodles with Golden Mushroom , Bean Sprout and Yellow Chives
8. Royal Caraibe , Lychee Passion Fruit Tower with Mascarpone Cream
First time Jia ai , Huiling , Jing yin & i worked together !!!
Wake up around 9.45-10.00am to prepare for afternoon wedding lunch
So i able to make it for my breakfast @ the Canteen ..
Then Start work @ Ballroom for the afternoon Tamil & Chinese wedding ...
Do cocktsil & clearing all the way for the whole lunch ...
Cos is Buffet lunch .
After to clearing for turn over ...
1st do outside the ballroom then the ballroom during the turm over.
Busy till 7plus then go for dinner .
When come back from Dinner to preparation for the dinner ...
This dinner was a chinese wedding ...
Dinner started and worked with Johnathan . Huiling . And 2 useless ppl (1 of them 1st day)
After do clearing as tmr no event @ Ballroom ...
Then rushing as we want to go home as soon as possible .
Everything ended like this ..
