Today event : Chinese wedding
Wedding of Tommy Wong & Larissa Liang
Menu - Chinese Wedding
1. Barbecued Whole Suckling Pig
2.Poached Fresh Prawns with Chinese Tea
3. Braised Superior Soup with Shredded Abalone & Four Sea Treasure
4. Steamed Sea Brass with Garlic & Light Soy Sauce
5. Braised Broccoli with Diced Scallop, Crab Meat & crab Moe Sauce
6. Baked Farm Chicken with Ginger & Onion in Soya Sauce
7. Braised E-Fu Noodles with Noodles With Golden Mushroom Bean Sprout & Yellow Chives
8. Red bean paste with 2 Glutinous Rice balls .
Yesterday event nothing much ...
Everything was going on as per normal ...
Only Special thing about this event was that there no Door Gift but there a Desset Buffet @ the Grand Gallery
And i the first time i see such a great lighting @ the Grand Gallley during Cocktail .
1st time work with Aunty Mao Qiang but she was not with us ..
I think she went to help up with the dessert ...
So work with Ning Ling & a guy i dont noe his name & a useless leader - Ivan
End up getting scolding from Teddy ... Stupid & Lazy Leader
