Today was really a emotion outbreak ... This the 1st time i work @ 11am .
And I was working alone lah ...
And before i left the house ... My mum was like so 关心 me lah ...
Afraid I will be hungry ... She help me to heat up 2 egg tarts lol .. So sweet .... LOLZ .
Then she told lots of caring words ... And i left the house in sadness mode.
When i was in train . She have a feeling that something bad will be happening today ...
When i reached RC , i totally dont have any appetite to eat there ...
So directly report for work ...
When we reached there , we had to do the last preparation for the table set up .
After that ... we gathered at the backn for briefing ...
Doing like wad we always do for wedding ... Cocktail , Start of wedding ...
Nothing much happened for this wedding ...
Actually was in the Chris group but changed to Ben group .
Work together with Xiang Jun & a china girl ... Quite fun till Teddy walked to me ...
He ask whether i know portioning or not ... Cos tonight wedding was table portioning ...
I was like ... *thunder* *thunder* *lightning* *lightning*
Continued till everything end ...

OMG !!! It's the table portioning .... Damn scared can ...
1st time doing portioning & was infront of the costumer lah ...
Ah ... went to call sis for resucue ended up recieving scolding from Alan ...
Forget about the process ... lazy to type ...
Cos in my group only Larry know how to Portion ...
The another guy and i only noe a bit only ... But Cos Chris upgrade to Captain ...
So he can walked around to help other group .
We serve everything till the 3rd course - Braised Superior Soup with Shredded Abalone snd Four Sea Treasure
Then we were called in for Gathering ... Good news ...
From this course onwards , everything will be portioning from the side table ...
Phew ... everything moving on smoothly from here ....
Only till the 2 last food , i was out cos a costumer ask for a no ice orange & Warm water...
Something screw up with the warm water ...
By the time i went back , the noodles had finished serving ...
So i ask the guy all served ? He said yes ...
No actually no ... There 3 not served yet ... They told Boon abt it ...
End up Larry get scolding ... his mood totally changed ...
He did KB to Chris about this thing lol ... As they say , they are twin brother
After serving the dessert ... we start doing clearing ..
Soon we were called in and dismissed from work ....
