Today event : Uniqio Fashion Show
Menu - Canapas
1. Salmon Confit and Salmon Roe with Yoghurt Mango Sauce
2. Goose Liver Terrine with Mini Pears
3. Slipper Lobster with Thai Mango Chilli sauce
4. Seared Tuna and Aka Tosaka with Wasabi Mayonnaise
5. Shiitake Gratin with Langoustine and Lemon Grass butter
6. Lenyil Fritters with Mint & Sanuth Sauce(Veg Pakada)
7. Marinated Chicken with Tandoori Masala(Tandoori Murgh)
8. Vanilla Panna Catta with Seasonal Berries
9. Mango pudding Shooter
10. Milk Chocolate Mousse and Candies Chestnut with Apricot Compote
Today event was a fashion walk lol ...
Thought that it would be easy day ... but not lol .
Cos Jing wen need to buy her shoe so spent some time in the Rubi shop ...
After that we rushed to RC , cos we are late already ...
We reached exactly 5.25pm @ the security guard their ...
Reached the Office @ 5.30pm ... LATE already ...
Have not change yet .... Then faster go change ....
Late for briefing but not very late ... Briefing just start ...
After briefing, the girls had to report to the Chef for the Canapas ... Guys to serve the drinks ...
The chef was damn F up ... Act as if he was the biggest in the kitchen ... ATTITUDE PROBLEM ....
Make us memorise the whole menu in like 5-7min ...
I also not familiar with the food also ... dunno with one is with one ...
So dont really bother to remember ... Then when the chef test us ... i was like totally blank ...
Hate him lol ... Still ask me and 3 other ppl whether were we studying anot ...
Simpler thing also cannot remember ...
Come on lah ... you are useing your strength to test us ...
If i used my strength to test you , i shall see how long do you need to take to remember ...
Still wanna to threaten me ... report my problem to my manager - Adrian ...
I shall see wad can adrian do to me ... Sent Me home ? Buy pig brain soup for me ?

Today event was very short and simpler ... So everything ended about 8plus ...
So went to clear the things used for the event ... LOLZ ... broke the organiser Fish bowl when packing up ... Dun need to pay ...
Do pack up for the Narumi Stall ...
After that end @ 9pm ... Go to Staff Canteen to drink ....
After that go to Mac for dinner ... LOLZ ... when lining up for food ...
Adrian & Boon were standing behind ... LOLZ ... Idiot ... smiling cunning behind us ...
Too bad , we took the last serves ... So they have go other place ...
After dinner ... make our way home & daddy fetch me from the MRT Station ...
