2. Double Boiled Chinese Cabbage with Fish Maw Conpy in Chicken Stock
3. Sreamed Sea Bass with Yellow Bean Sauce and Crispy Garlic
4. Sauteed Fresh Prawns with Garden Greens And Chilli Bean Sauce

6. Fried Rice with Chicken Sausage Dried Shrimp Wraaped in Lotus Leaf

I think this was the 1st time i having a chinese dinne rin the afternoon .
It was the Wedding of the Son of the RC Stewarding Dept (Highest position)
So there were some cleaner in this wedding from RC ...
During the cocktail , find it wierd till JY told me lol ... Very funny .
After cocktail , went to clear all the glass @ the grand gallery .
Cos name was on stand by ... All the stand by ppl will be doing the dessert set up.
After clearing, the rest of the stand by stay @ the Chill room Lol ...
WTH ... only i and the desset in charge - Micheal preparing the Set up of Plates and Fork.
The rest toking in the chill room .. Soon we join them and i was like WTH ... Do so many thing myself .
And they there chat and do some simple packing lol . IDIOT .
Then i join them and to do some simpler packing also - Packing the Salt & Pepper
When i finished packing , just in time , Chris called me and ask me to join the another group .
Cos that group only have 3ppl and need to served 4 tables ...
So i went to help them and leave the dessert at the side 1st .
I told Chris to inform me when the dessert start.
But everything ended up i doing in the ballroom ...
So like normal ... Do serving , Clearing & massive Clearing then turn over for tonight.
That all for this afternoon

1. Cold dish combination : Souteed Shark's fin Omelet, Sliced BBQ Honey Pork, Drunken Chicken, Jelly Fish & Roasted Duck
2. Combination Of Deep Fried Yam Spring Roll Sauteed Fresh Prawn & Wasabi Mayonnaise Sauce
3. Braised Shark's Fin Soup with Shredded Sea Cucumber, Mushroom, Dried Fish Maw in Superior Soup
4. Steamed Garoupa with Light Soya Sauce
5. Deep Fried Boneless Duck Stuffed with Yam Paste
6. Poached Golden Mushroom with Wolfberries, Seasonal Vegetable in Superior Soup
7. Seafood Fried with XO Sauce
8. Chilled Lime Honey Jelly with Sea coconut, Basil Seeds & Strawberries
Again, no group .
After the briefing , Boon said he want smart ppl to be outside to do cocktail ...
So Chris choose Huiling, Kisstina , me and some of the old bird ppl to do .
So lame lol .
No choice have to do Cocktail again ....
But i wasting my time .... walking here and there to check my group and ask for my grping ...
Everything ended up by placing my name anywhere lol .
And landed on the Wai Kiat Group .
This also my first time working with aunty ..
This aunty was like about 40plus ... then very efficient ..
Do thing very fast and nice ...
After portioning , will do clearing (a bit) then top up beverage .
So together me and the other girl (1day) work well during serving & clearing.
Actually i am in charge of Presenting , but cos my leader already appointed , so i dont need to go according to Chris instruction ..
Leader was the biggest @ this moment . Yeah.
So everything went smoothly and fast for this wedding ... Like it alot .
After this , DO like normal ... Clearing .. Serving & Massive Clearing ...
This how it ended ...
