Today event was a Weding Celebration Of Kelvin & Tse Ling (Son of the Calvin & Klein)
Menu
1. Cold Dish Combination
PRAWN SALAD, JELLY FISH, DRUNKEN CHICKEN, ROAST DUCK & MANGO SEAFOOD ROLL
2. SAUTEED PANCIFIC CLAMS WITH GARDEN GREENS IN SWEET & SPICY SAUCE
3. BRAISED SHARK'S FIN SOUP WITH CRAB MEAT, CONPOY AND FISH MAW
4. STEAMED GAROUPA WITH GARLIC AND LIGHT SOY SAUCE
5. SMOKED FARM CHICKEN WITH ROCK SUGAR & ROSE TEA LEAVES
6. DEEP FRIED YAM SPRING ROLL WITH WASABI MAYONNAISE
7.STEAMED FRIED RICE WITH PRESERVED CHICKEN SAUSAGE & DRIED SHRIMP WRAPPED WITH LOTUS LEAF

Today lots of things happened during the briefing ...
And from here, i am sure that i really dont like Boon ....
He totally a guy with no kindness and feelings ...
Today briefing is the longest and most scary one i even went through.
I think it because of yesterday event ... I dunno wad happen as i not around ...
Today is Danny who went through the Menu & the wines ...
Stupid lol ... So many types of alcohol ... how am i suppose to know ?
After the briefing, Danial went through again the dressing part ... And Selvam went through the presenting part ...
Followed by Boon going through the whole event process ....
He totally a ruthless guy ....
Step 1 : Put his anger onto innocent ppl ...
Cos yesterday event was badly done ... So he assume that we will make the same mistake.
Then he scold us like a mad dog lol ... keep on scolding and shouting ...
So wad if you promoted ? Does promoted meant have the right to scold ppl ?

Step 2 : Putting angry on JY
It was like ppl dunno how to present the food properly ...
So boon wanted to show us some example of presenting .... So he happened to call JY to go out to show the example of Presenting the food ...
Boon: Kisstina can you show me how to present the 1st course ?
Kiss: Good evening Ladies & Gentlemen ... This is your 1st course - The Cold Dish Combination
Boon: Good ... wad if is 5th course , the chicken ....
Kiss: Ladies & Gentlemen ... this your 5th course - Steamed chicken ...
Boon: Steamed your head ... Later steam your hair ....
This was so lame lah ... testing everyone lol ... Damn scary lah ....
Making ppl to stop going to RC to work ....
Step 3 : Disturb HL
HL was at the back of the ballroom ...
She happened that her eyes was itchy ... Then got tears . . .
Then Boon saw it ... Then ask her why she cry ...
HL clarify that she didnt cry ... is her contact lens ...
He say to HL 爱美 ... Still gave her solution ... Wad vingar thingy ... Very lame de ...
Then he say about HL mole ...
HL was damn fare up .
Scolded him stupid ... Then he heard it ...
Walked back to ask HL wad she said ... LAME lol him ...
Step 4: Sending ppl home
LOLz ...
I cant make any comment as i dunno who the one in fault ...
But i noe that he was very harsh as he did sent a captain home tonight ...
And about 10 ppl home lol ... siao ...
Today Event apart from this .... nothing much happen lah ...
Only thing happened in my group was that a old lady took all the door gift ...
So one of the lady ask me whether do i have extra ..
That all lol ... :)
