Xiah, Hero & Micky went to sue their company as they think that they we being discriminated by their company. And the company think that DBSK focused too much in Japan this few months therefore , they were somehow unhappy about it. And DBSK also have another company noe as Avex in Japan.
I think that the company is too overboard as DBSK help them to earn so much money but all they only paid DBSK 1:9 of the money they earn. As DBSK thought that their company will slowly increased their pay year by year. But who noe ? DBSK even contract to 13years as they believed in SM entertainment. What a dissapointment . Can you just imaging,10 to 20 max percent divided into 5 person ? Yes the company did help increased their pay but only 0.5 percent only.
Therefore, Xiah, Hero & Micky wanted to sue their company for being so unfair. As Junsu also have his father supports to do this action.While U-know & Changmin was not involved as they think that if they continued to stay in the SM entertainment, DBSK still have hope to remain as one and do not need to pay such a huge sum of compensate for the terminating of contract .
But, i will say that it would be better if they leave together and go to better entertainment which will appreciated them . ( they are so talented)Such as JYP entertainment , Rain's entertainment. Their pay is much more reasonable ! 5:5, equal. No matter you a new singer or experienced.
But again , i just think that DBSK wont be in a disadvantage as they were talented and can join others entertainment. And they also have Avex in japan anyway. So dont need to worry as long as you guys are in one. The most disadvantaged was the SM entertainment.Lost such a great band & income ...
